“From my point of view, I think very important to develop coaches’ programs to transmit our experience and our knowledge to coaches from all over the world who wants to learn and improve. Because it´s a human process and human value to do it. I wouldn’t have been who I am today if some important people didn’t transmit me their knowledge and experiences or just share their times to explain me how to improve”
